Acceptable Use

You agree to

• Upload only photos of yourself, for which you hold all rights.
• Provide accurate information at checkout and in support requests.
• Use the report and programme for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to

• Resell, redistribute or publish the report or programme content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service.
• Upload images of other people without their explicit consent.
• Use stolen payment methods or abuse the refund and dispute processes.

Enforcement

We may warn, limit, suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

If we take action against your account, we inform you of the reason for the decision and how to appeal it, in line with Art. 17 of the Digital Services Act. Appeals are handled through our internal complaints procedure, and you may also bring the matter to an out-of-court dispute settlement body — see Complaints & Dispute Resolution.
