Data Deletion Request

What you can have deleted

• Your account and login.
• Your assessment answers and generated reports.
• All uploaded photos, including daily progress photos.
• Journal entries and notes.

What we must keep

Invoices and payment records are kept for 7 years because Swedish accounting law requires it. These contain only billing data, never your photos.

How to request deletion

Email support@looxmaxxing.me from the address linked to your account with the subject "Data deletion request". We verify the request, delete the data and confirm in writing within 30 days.

If you have an active subscription, deletion also cancels it.
