When and how you can get a refund on a LooxMaxxing subscription.
If you are unhappy with your report, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review your case.
Trial charges are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time before the trial converts.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
