How we protect your data

• Card details are tokenised and stored by our payment processor (Rebilly) — we never see or store your full card number.
• Photos and journal entries are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are never shown publicly, used for advertising or sold.
• Sign-in is passwordless: a one-time link sent to your email, so there is no password to leak.
• Checkout card fields are served inside the payment processor's secure frame (FramePay), isolated from the rest of the page.
• Access to member data is restricted by row-level security rules in our database.

Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue, email support@looxmaxxing.me with the subject "Security report". We investigate and respond within 72 hours.
