Subscription Terms

How billing works

• You pay a trial amount at checkout for the first period. The exact amount and currency are shown before you confirm.
• When the trial period ends, the subscription automatically renews at the full price shown at checkout.
• Renewals continue at the same interval until you cancel.
• The renewal amount, currency and date are always displayed on the checkout page and repeated in your confirmation email.

Payment method

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Card details are tokenised and stored by the provider, never by us. Renewals are charged to the same payment method unless you update it.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it a limited number of times. If it still fails, access may be suspended and the subscription may be cancelled.

Stopping a renewal

Email support@looxmaxxing.me from the address you signed up with, or use the Cancel Membership form on the site, at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep access until then.
