The service

LooxMaxxing provides a self-assessment, an AI-generated appearance report and digital improvement programmes. It is cosmetic and lifestyle guidance for informational purposes only. It is not medical, dental, dermatological or psychological advice, and it does not replace consultation with a qualified professional.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. Users aged 13–17 may use the free assessment only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Subscription and automatic renewal

• Your purchase starts with a paid trial period at the price shown at checkout.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews at the full price and interval shown at checkout, and continues to renew until cancelled.
• All prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT where applicable.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Acceptable use

• Upload only photos of yourself, for which you hold all rights.
• Do not resell, redistribute or publish the report or programme content.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, consumers in Sweden may refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se). We participate in its dispute-resolution procedure. See our Complaints & Disputes page for details.

Changes to these terms

Material changes to these terms, including price changes for existing subscribers, changes to fees and changes to how you cancel, are notified to you by email at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel before the change takes effect. Non-material updates are posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
