Right of Withdrawal

Your 14-day right

As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days from the day the contract is concluded to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving any reason.

Digital content delivered immediately

Your report and programme content are digital content supplied immediately after payment. At checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, in line with Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

If delivery has not yet started, you can still withdraw within 14 days and receive a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your notice.

How to withdraw — withdrawal button

Use the withdrawal function on our Withdraw From Contract page (looxmaxxing.me/withdraw). No login is needed: enter the email you used at checkout, open the link we send you, and confirm with one click. Your membership ends immediately and you will not be charged again. Because you asked for immediate access at checkout and confirmed you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivered, no refund is made for delivered access. You receive a written confirmation by email.

You may instead send a clear statement to support@looxmaxxing.me from the address you used at checkout, or use the model form below. Neither is compulsory.
