Right of Withdrawal

Your 14-day right

As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days from the day the contract is concluded to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving any reason.

Digital content delivered immediately

Your report and programme content are digital content supplied immediately after payment. At checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, in line with Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

If delivery has not yet started, you can still withdraw within 14 days and receive a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your notice.

How to withdraw

Send a clear statement to support@looxmaxxing.me from the address you used at checkout. You may use the model form below, but it is not compulsory.
